Recently settling in West Chester, PA, Michael resides with his wife Kristan, their son Gryffin, and their two rescue cats, Little One and Squiggy. He is a distinguished alumnus of Rider University, where he earned degrees in both Communications and Business.

Matthew Varga, Ed.D., is a seasoned professional in talent discovery, cultivation, and placement, serving as the Co-CEO & Co-Founder of Liberty Recruitment Partners. Matthew earned his undergraduate degree from Villanova University and his master’s from Eastern University. Outside of work, Matthew is an avid Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, musician, and puzzle enthusiast. He resides in North Wales, PA, with his wife, dog, and two cats.
